Stop fake rape accusations
A fake rape allegation is as traumatizing as a actual rape case.
Few days ago, a guy named Aman Baisla committed suicide on the grounds of threatening about fake rape allegations and his money not being returned by two people- Neha Jindal and Sumit Goswami. He had lend money to Neha and Sumit and later they were not returning him his money back, though blackmailed him about fake rape allegation.
This is not the only case of fake allegations. 40-45% of daily cases are fake allegations made and registered against innocent man (source of information- Youth Against Rape). Multiple guys goes into depression, the guy's and their family's reputation is unnecessarily tarnished, and many guys even end up committing suicide.
Girls like this use woman card and put allegations on innocent men/guys. Pseudo feminism or fake feminism is as disastrous and traumatizing as patriarchy and misogyny. It's utterly disturbing when some immature selfish woman misuse the rights and put fake allegations on any innocent man. Because of girls like this, people cannot trust actual rape victims and survivors. As it is hard for females to trust males after hearing about rape incidents, it is equally hard for males to trust females after hearing about fake rape allegations.
What makes it more disturbing is fact that there is no protection for innocent men from fake allegations. You will be fakely accused of rape or harrassement, and even if you are proved innocent by the court, you will be still viewed as a rapist by the whole world for rest of your life. I know that people will be scared about their safety once someone is accused even if proved innocent (if not by any corrupt means), its a harsh truth. Lack of legal protection is one of the main reason why innocent guys and men end up committing suicide even if they were innocent, cause they would be viewed as a rapist for rest of their life and have no hope of legal protection or being proved as a guilty. Hope is a reason which keeps us alive, but if there is no hope for better future, majority people think of suicide.
Immature females like this can just traumatize the guy and his family and friends. They may even take a person away from his family and close friends, forever. Fake feminism must stop. Girls should stop fakely accusing someone for rape or harrassement. You would not want your father, brother, boyfriend/husband, son or male bestfriend to go through fake allegations and maybe even lose them forever to suicide or even murder.
For parents of daughters, who knows their daughter has done wrong and knows the truth of fake allegations (even raping anyone maybe), please stop protecting your daughter in such wrong things. This applies same to parents of guys who have raped or harrased someone, when you know the truth that your son has raped someone, stop protecting your criminal son. They deserve the worse consequences of their inhumane actions.
Pseudo or fake feminists, please stop fakely accusing anyone of rape or harrassement (and raping anyone too). Stop playing woman card. Because of girls like you, it becomes hard for public to trust the actual rape/ harrassement victims and survivors. And guys, please stop raping anyone, girls cannot trust male gender because of such inhumane actions.
I feel the woman, who fakely accuse someone of rape, depending upon the severity, should face the same amount of punishment as of a actual rapist. If it is small case of harrassement, maybe 2-3yrs in jail and if rape and all blackmailing, death penalty (death penalty to actual rapist too). This must be implemented to reduce fake rape cases worldwide.
P.S: I am not justifying suicide in my blog post. If you are having suicidal thoughts, please talk to a therapist instantly. I can understand that you may not feel like living anymore, but please talk to family, friend, or a therapist. Do not give up.
